1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Agents in Real Estate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Agents in Real Estate provides an online directory connecting real estate agents with potential clients. Our services include agent profile listings, marketing tools for real estate professionals, local business partnership programs, and a platform for communication between agents and prospective buyers and sellers.
3. Agent Accounts
3.1 Registration
To list on our directory, agents must be licensed real estate professionals in good standing, provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of their account credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized access to their account.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Agent directory memberships are billed annually. Current pricing, features, and plan details are available on our pricing page. All new memberships include a 30-day free trial period. Founding members may receive promotional pricing as detailed at the time of their registration.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Any changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person or entity, violate any applicable laws or regulations, harass or abuse other users, use the Service for unsolicited marketing or spam, attempt to breach or circumvent security measures, or scrape, copy, or reproduce directory content without written permission.
5. Content Guidelines
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your profile publicly, use your content for marketing the Service, and share your information with potential clients as part of our directory functionality.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading; that infringes on any intellectual property rights; that is discriminatory, offensive, or harassing; that violates any person's privacy rights; or that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Agents in Real Estate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific results or income levels, or the complete accuracy of all information displayed on the platform.
7.2 Professional Services
Agents in Real Estate is a technology and marketing platform — not a real estate brokerage. We do not provide real estate advice, participate in real estate transactions, or independently verify all agent credentials or licensing status. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting an agent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agents in Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agents in Real Estate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, fraudulent or illegal activity, or upon your written request. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Llano County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agents in Real Estate regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
