Professional Biography
Raised in Dayton, Ohio, Brandon attended The Ohio State University before moving to Nashville, Tennessee, where he lived out another passion—music. He spent years traveling the country as a touring musician, honing not only his creative skills but also his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Today, Brandon resides in Salt Lake City with his wife Chelsey, their two boys and two dogs. He is a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty and the founder of two businesses:
Master Your CRM – an educational brand and YouTube channel dedicated to helping agents simplify their technology, streamline their business, and close more deals with confidence.
Fisher Real Estate Group – a real estate business focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with clarity and confidence, combining local expertise, data-driven insights, and streamlined systems to deliver a smooth, efficient experience from first conversation to closing.
Brandon’s career includes over seven years as an Enterprise Account Manager at Inside Real Estate (IRE), where he supported major corporate clients such as Weichert, NextHome, and RE/MAX in deploying and maximizing the kvCORE/BoldTrail CRM platform. His unique blend of enterprise-level expertise and hands-on agent coaching has positioned him as a trusted partner to both brokerages and individual Realtors® seeking clarity in their technology.
At his core, Brandon’s “why” is simple: to help others achieve success in real estate through thoughtful and intentional partnership. That mission extends into his collaborations with some of the industry’s most influential organizations. He partners with Legacy Group International, the largest virtual team at eXp Realty, and works alongside Girls with Grit, a leading eXp organization known for empowering agents nationwide. Together with Blake Sammons and Tracy Dupler, he co-founded the BTB Group (Back to Basics), an initiative designed to support agents in building their personal businesses with eXp while also helping them grow long-term wealth and stability through the company’s revenue share model.
