With over 30 years of experience as a business owner and a lifelong connection to real estate, I bring a practical and down-to-earth approach to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in property. Real estate is a family tradition—my mother was a licensed realtor, and our experience ranges from residential homes to ranch ownership.
I’m also proud to be the grandson of actor Patrick Cranshaw, best known as “Blue” from Old School. His commitment to his craft and his character continues to inspire how I work with clients: with honesty, hard work, and a sense of humor when it’s needed most.
Alongside my real estate background, I’ve gained a working knowledge of residential construction from years of hands-on experience. While I’m not a contractor, my familiarity with things like home systems, structural elements, and quality workmanship helps me recognize potential issues and ask the right questions—so my clients can move forward with greater confidence.
